My client is looking for a strong all round HR Generalist to support on a 12 month FTC.
This is an extremely generalist role completing all aspects of the HR function. You will be required to carry out administrative duties as well as more strategical organisational duties.
The successful candidate will require experience in the following areas -
* HR Admin * L&D * Resourcing (including onboarding) * ER Case management * HR System knowledge * Any other duties required
I am looking for HR Professionals that are CIPD qualified and show excellent attention to detail. You will require a great understanding of Employment Law and be able to review policies and procedures in line with the organisational values.
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
