Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working on an fantastic 6 month HR Advisor opportunity with a team friendly, public sector organisation based in Surrey. The role will be supporting the HR Manager and HR Business partners whilst undertaking attendance management and ER cases within the team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* To provide professional and accurate employment law advice as well as training to staff across the business. * Participation in the Business Partner and team meetings to ensure strong communication is adhered to across the team and with senior stakeholders. * Responsible for managing and collating all information for employee relation matters. * Assistance of case work and ad-hoc administration tasks whilst effectively managing own workload. * Taking on of HR Projects which will consist of analysis and preparing, and reporting of relevant information. * Assisting and coaching line managers as and when needed.
* Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified * Must have up to date knowledge of employment law, legislation and development. * Previous experience of working within a fast paced HR Advisory position. * Experience and understanding of using an HR and Recruitment database. * Proficient user of full Microsoft Suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
