Alexander Lloyd have partnered up with a Global Financial Services organisation based in Redhill to recruit for one of their biggest HR Business Partner Roles.
This role will involve working closely with the HR Centres of Excellence and Global services on all aspects of HR from Organisational effectiveness to Employee Relations and everything inbetween. There will also be a big emphasis on Talent Advisory providing advise and support globally on shaping the elements of the Talent structure, Talent development, Identifying issues and implementing initiatives plus more.
* CIPD level 5 / Bachelors in Human Resources
* Proven experience of working in the Centres of Excellent model
* Strong stakeholder Management
* Talent Management/Advisory experience
* Experience providing international HR support and Advice
* Financial Services background
Standard working hours for the role are 09:00 - 17:30 mon to fri
Salary is up to £70,000 DOE plus excellent benefits and Bonus
