Alexander LLoyd are delighted to be supporting this exciting Fin Tech organisation on the recruitment of an HRBP for a 12m FTC Maternity Cover.
We are looking for an experienced full generalist HRBP to start ASAP.
The role will be based in Redhill but cover the full UK remit with travel to other locations needed as and when required.
You will preferably have previous experience within Finance / Tech or Digital sectors and have a full understanding of HR Policies and UK Employment Law.
Working closely with stakeholders to drive the UK business plans and build strong internal relationships to help make an impact in key areas like change management, employee engagement, Talent and organisational design.
Keys skills required
* Proven stakeholder management
* Full Generalist skill set
* Excellent understanding of HR Policies
* Experience of driving change in employee culture
* CIPD Qualification Level 5 or above
The role is based out of Redhill but travel to other locations is required when needed.
Salary is between £50,000 - £55,000 DOE and we are looking for an immediate start.
