Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager
6 month FTC - up to £75k
This Surrey-based growing organisation are seeking an Interim Reward professional for an initial 6 months. The Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager will lead & support the design and delivery of a compelling benefits and wellbeing strategy to be delivered in 2020, ensuring the business offers both competitive and relevant reward, recognition and benefit provision to support the different employee groups and the Employee Value proposition. In addition, you will oversee the efficient and effective operation of all reward elements, including payroll, bonus schemes and share-related matters. You will have responsibility for a Reward Analyst and the Payroll team.
The successful candidate will have excellent data analysis and communications skills, and be able to lead, manage, empower and motivate staff. General Reward and Benefits experience is essential, and exposure to Wellbeing innovation would be a distinct advantage
This role offers a competitive salary for Surrey of £75k plus benefits, and a January start is likely.
