My client is looking for a well rounded generalist to join them experienced in design, delivery and strategy relating to the learning function.
Key duties: ·Maintenance of the learning management system ensuring that it is being utilises to its highest potential ·Contribute to the design of company programmes, including succession planning, individual development planning and soft skill training ·Support in the apprenticeship programme and contribute in ways to utilise the apprenticeship levy
Key requirements: ·IT Literate, Workday experience is a benefit ·Exceptional stakeholder management skills ·Experience in conducting TNA and suggesting amendments which have resulted in an increased ROI
