Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working on an exciting Recruitment Business Partner opportunity for a not for profit organisation based in Surrey. You will be supporting the senior management team to help identify and select the best and most suitable candidates to fill any role.
Duties will include but not be limited too.
* Implement and maintain creative recruitment solutions by using different methods to attract best possible candidates. * Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide training and coaching support across the business. * Develop monitoring systems and report senior management team on staff performance * Oversee the whole recruitment life cycle from start dates to service level agreements. * Liaise with both HR and senior management to understand and agree any recruitment needs.
* Experience of working within a not for profit or health sector organisation would be desired but is not essential. * Previous recruitment experience in either agency or an in house industry. * Knowledge and understanding of employment law. * Experience of using HR Systems and databases. * Strong IT Skills including full use of Microsoft Suite.
