Based in West Sussex, RH15 9AS
This role would be reporting directly into the HR Director and working closely with the Senior Management Team to establish, implement and proactively maintain and deliver reward solutions.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Management and development of Reward Schemes
* Ownership of executive remuneration plans
* Participate in REMCO meetings
Must have experience:
* Executive remuneration
* Pensions and Benefits schemes
* SMCR (in Financial Services)
This role can be full or part time and will offer a hybrid working pattern and a salary of up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits.
