An extremely exciting and progressive opportunity has become available for a Pensions professional with an interest to progress into management within an expanding Third Party Administrator.
You will be providing support in the overall running of the Pensions team including; allocating the daily workload, setting and managing KPI's and SLA's, providing training and mentoring to junior colleagues, completing appraisals and one to one's, identifying any process improvements required and liaising closely with senior management and the client management team to ensure client satisfaction.
