We have an exciting new role for an Account Manager to join a well established Insurer based in Southampton.
The main purpose of the role will be the successful delivery of New Business and Renewal Retention Rate target by telephone servicing your own portfolio of small SME (B2B) customers by delivering high quality outcomes for customers. You will be given your own portfolio of clients to service and be expected to build good relationships with them as well as strong internal rapport with the retention teams and management.
Experience within the Financial Services / General Insurance market is essential with Private Medical Insurance experience preferable.
