JOB DETAILS

We are in partnership with a rapidly growing business based on the outskirts of croydon looking to expand the HR function and recruit a Payroll/ HR Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Sitting within a team of two you will look after all aspects of payroll as well as assisting with general HR administration:
·Maintain SAGE pay system for around 350 employees with any updated received internally or externally
·Input and process payroll to produce proposed payment runs for monthly payroll via BACS
·Upload pension information
·Process student loan deductions, SMP, SPP attachments etc.
·Deal with statutory pay
·processing starters and leavers as well as end of year return forms (P60, P35, P14 and P38)
·Preparing data for monthly payroll reports
·Respond to general HR queries and maintain the HR inbox
·Supporting the on-boarding and leaver processes
·Assisting with general HR administration
