AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE TO BUILD A AR FUNCTION FROM SCRATCH, PUTTING IN PLACE NEW CONTROLS, STRENGTHENING SUPPLIER / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS/ WORKING WITH THE BOARD/ DEVELOPING A NEW TEAM.



THIS IS AN EXCITING ROLE THAT REQUIRES AN EXPERIENCED AR MANAGER, WHO CAN DEMONSTRATE OWNERSHIP AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING SYSTEMS AND CHANGE.



THIS ROLE IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NATURALLY INVESTIGATIVE AND ENJOYS RESOLVING ISSUES AND PUTTING IN PLACE BETTER MORE EFFICIENT PROCESSES.



A CONSULTATIVE APPROACH IS A MUST! TO WORK WITH INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS EXTERNALLY AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.



SALARY RANGING BETWEEN £35,000-£45000 PLUS BENEFITS



Operating in the retail space our client is highly successful and has been established for many years, boasting a strong attrition rate with the majority of employees working there for 10 years plus!



This is an awesome opportunity for someone who enjoys putting in place processes, policies and procedures and in fact will be a big remit for this role.



Additional duties will include;



* Overseeing a team of credit controllers/ AR
* Managing missed payments
* Cash allocation
* Ensure collection of payments



Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager who has the credit control experience but essentially has a broader remit to include AR operations, processes etc. This is not a 100% Credit Control position.

This role requires someone who has strong previous team management to develop individuals who are new to this area, an understanding of accounting procedures and transactions, strong accounts receivable experience and the ability to implement new procedures. Knowledge of LEAN methodology practices would be highly desirable.





This role requires someone with a can do attitude, energy, professionalism yet tact and diplomacy when needed.
