You will be responsible for the implementation of new systems and the enhancement of existing processes and systems to support the wider teams focusing on Employee Benefits within the business. This will include data implementation, interpretation and analysis of scheme requirements and review the work and data analysis of junior colleagues. Experience of working within a similar role and covering Employee Benefits will be a huge advantage.
