A very attractive opportunity has arisen to work within the In-House Benefits team of a UK wide recognised firm as a Senior Benefits Administrator. This role begins as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with a view to permanent/extension. JOB DETAILS
To be considered for this role you must have all round Employee Benefits experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Monthly processing of joiners, leavers and changes for the employee benefit programmes including healthcare scheme, health screening benefit, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme and legacy TUPE schemes such as healthcare cash plans.
* Acting as main point of contact for benefit queries for employees and managers
* Managing salary deductions for benefits such as healthcare scheme contributions, childcare voucher deductions and payments to providers
