Operating across the globe this well known retailer is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their successful team based in Surrey.



Seeking a Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA Accountant with line management skills to lead a small team and oversee the month end and planning finance function.



This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone currently in a senior management accountant role seeking a step up in their career or an experienced Finance Manager that has had direct involvement with the management accounts side of things seeking a new challenge.



Overseeing the small team of management accountants

Identifying and thinking of solutions to drive change and new initiatives

Ad hoc projects



Recruiting TWO roles 1 INTERIM & 1 PERMANENT



Salary ranging between £60,000-£65,000 (some pot. flex) plus benefits / hybrid working



* You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate business partnering skills
* Strong management accounts skill set
* Strong Excel skill set
* Experience gained in medium - large business environment t/o £60m plus
* Qualified Accountant
* Ability to engage and present to stakeholders
* Able to provide clear and concise commentary to support the numbers
