Alexander Lloyd are working on an exciting new opportunity for a Business Manager to join a well established Financial Services firm based in Surrey. Working closely with the owner of the business you will be responsible for providing a link between the Client Service teams and Financial Planners ensuring compliant support is provided and will liaise closely with the Financial Planners to ensure a co-ordinateD and consistent service is provided throughout the firm.
Main duties will include the following:
* Overseeing the delivery of general office administration
* Contributing to Continual Improvement policies and procedures
* Overseeing training, performance and development of individuals
The right candidate will have previous experience of management within a Financial Services Firm and a good understanding of Compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also ideally have experience of Intelligent Office and general Microsoft packages.
