An extremely successful and well known insurance organisation based in Surrey are seeking an Intercompany accounts analyst to support their Finance team on a temp to perm basis, looking for an immediate start
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional to handle all Intercompany transactions and ensure all queries from internal clients are responded to quickly and accurately. Other responsibilities will include: * All Intercompany transactions i.e. Billing, Matter Setups, Tracking Database etc. * Preparing inter-company fee schedules for invoicing & Analysis of monthly automatic entries, calculation of invoice amounts and preparation of associated journals * Preparing cost loads and fee schedules and Revenue Recharges * Raising invoices for Revenue Recharges * Preparation of overdue and disputed invoice report * Print and check receivable invoices being settled via BMG and changing status on Tracking Database * Production of Transfer Pricing Intercompany invoices * Dealing with Transfer Pricing Intercompany queries * Load all inter-company receivable invoices issued into the Tracking Database * Email monthly transactions to US for balance and P&L entries.
The idea candidate will be qualified by strong track record of working within a Senior Accounts Payable role, having dealt with Intercompany transactions, within a financial services organisation You will have a strong understanding of your own department and good understanding of over all business objectives. You must have strong verbal & written communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external queries. It is essential to be an advanced user of Excel. Knowledge of transfer pricing and revenue recognition would be extremely advantageous. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
