Alexander Lloyd are thrilled to be partnering an industry leading Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge.
As the Group Risk Support Specialist you will be responsible for working with large corporate clients and acting as their first point of contact for all enquiries. You will need to work closely with the more senior consultants and complete all the necessary scheme administration including negotiating on scheme renewals. Whilst having Group Risk (Income Protection, Critical Illness, Life Insurance) knowledge would be ideal, people with Pensions and wider Employee Benefits experience will also be considered as long as you a background of working with large corporates.
This role can be based from either Surrey or Hampshire with little to no expectations of needing to travel to an office aside from team meetings and training. In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between £25,000 - £32,000 DOE with bonus and benefits on top in addition to genuine career development opportunities!
