A fast growing and successful Financial Services organisation with offices in Surrey and London are seeking an HRIS / HR Systems specialist to assist with the rollout of Kronos / UKG. The contract would be 6 months initially, paying c£65k plus benefits.

This role will support project coordination activities including project status tracking, requirements gathering, vendor liaison, User Acceptance Testing and training. In addition, you will work with the HRIS team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of processes being configured in the HRIS system, pre-deployment as an Analyst and post-deployment to support the transition to steady state.

Key duties include:

* Partner with HR end-users and gather business requirements, and translate them into clearly written technical or procedural requirements
* Serve as the point of contact for technical HRIS matters and defect resolution
* Document system design and processes for training, education and general reference
* Define requirements for system integrations and liaise with related technical teams to support construction
* Provide detailed solution training and delivery for testing and orientation
* Oversee testing, including but not limited to the creation of testing templates, UAT users query resolution and defect tracking
* Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes, procedures and increase efficiencies
* Work with end-users to establish checks and controls to ensure data and system integrity is maintained

Successful candidates will have :

* Experience or exposure to having implemented or supported HRIS system
* Solid background with HR administration systems
* Experience of working on projects and as part of a project team
