This growing and successful global organisation are seeking a permanent HR Business Partner for their Surrey location. As a strategic, consultative and equally operational and delivery-focused HR Business Partner you will :

Support and coach leadership teams in all HR matters to enable achievement of business goals and create a productive environment for their teams, improving overall business capability.
To drive the delivery of the people agenda at a functional area level in order to maximise the potential and performance of the business, individuals and teams and to champion the HR model.
To provide effective and current advice relating to HR practices, legal compliance, and current policy. Ensure Head of HR and VP International HR Support are kept abreast of current and planned activities and potential exposure and mitigation.
Lead and drive HR projects as required from time to time, working with the Wider HR Function and stakeholders across the Business

Candidates will ideally possess an HR qualification such as CIPD or be suitably qualified by experience. Graduate calibre with professional qualifications or significant commercial experience HR field. Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage, as would the sensitivity to collaborate and influence within a multi-cultural environment. Candidates are likely to have significant experience within HR gained in a large/global organisation.
