Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting this Local Government Organisation on the urgent recruitment of an HR Projects Lead for a 6-12m FTC.

This is an exciting contract to lead on as they go through a forward thinking restructure within the HR Department.

You will ideally have a full HR generalist background with strong knowledge of ER, E Law and have been through a similar restructure/change programme. You will have lead on similar projects such as TUPE, restructure, culture change etc

You will be supporting a team through this time of uncertainty so empathy will be at the heart of everything you do. You will need to be a leader, reassure, build confidence and help develop the HR Team.

The successful incumbent will be ready to hit the ground running, have a good mix of HR Projects and strategic experience, be able to step up and deputise for the HRD and provide the support and guidance to the current HR Team.

You will have/Need:-

* Full HR Generalist background
* Exceptional knowledge of ER and UK E Law
* Experience of HR Projects, TUPE, Restructure, Culture etc
* Previous experience within Local Gov or alike sector beneficial
* An Empathetic and supportive nature
* Excellent Stakeholder management
* Immediately available / short notice

The role offer excellent flexible working and is 90% remote, can be fully remote if required however some face to face connection with the team would be preferred.

The salary on offer is up to £55,000 - £65,000 DOE plus benefits Can also be offered on a day rate if preferred.
