A successful and renowned Financial Services organisation based in Surrey is seeking an Interim HR Advisor to specialise in Employee Relations matters for an initial 12 months.
The ER Centre of excellence provide specialist, commercially driven HR guidance and advice to line Managers on all employee relations matters. Focused on delivering pragmatic, policy interpretation to enable consistent application, using insights to develop a deeper understanding of our employee relations landscape.
Key Responsibilities * End to end ownership all aspects of case management for allocated workload * Proactively use your employee relations knowledge and experience to determine how to resolve or escalate * Ensure that all administration and documentation related to allocated cases is handled in a consistent manner and within advised guidelines * Provision of coaching and guidance to Line Managers to enable them to successfully navigate our HR policies and employee relations issues * Support HR Manager on the creation of employee relations insights and development of the strategy
Experience and Qualifications Required * Able to work with high levels of ambiguity - with the ability to cut through and identify key issues * Commercial focus with the ability to work with the business to deliver pragmatic solutions * Experience of coaching and guiding Managers to aid better decision making * Ability to work at pace with multiple, rapidly changing priorities * Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of HR policies and their application * Proactive approach, comfortable to initiate or suggest process improvements
The successful candidate will be available within a month, and be confident and willing to tackle a wide range of Employee Relations matters in a professional, UK-based population. CIPD preferred (or equivalent experience).
A competitive salary of up to £40k is available.
