We are recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Manager who is used to working in a fast paced environment potentially from Fintech or Technology background
This is a fantastic opportunity to move the organisation forward, embed the new culture and values and support the HR Director on projects. Whilst overseeing the day to day duties of the HR function you will help develop and mentor the HR Assistant and step in for the HR Director to deliver operation updates to Senior stakeholders.
This organisation has embraced flexible working within their enviroment. Whilst things are getting back to normal it will be 2/3 days office based and the rest from home. Standard office hours are 09:00 - 17:30 however this is flexible to accommodate personal needs (start early finish early or WFH occasionally if required).
* CIPD Level 5 minimum
* Project experience such as, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits to name a few
* Proven Stakeholder management
* Tech/Telecomms background desired
* Proven generalist experience for all aspects of HR (ER, Recruitment, L&D, Comp and Ben)
This is a really face paced environment and someone that can hit the ground running is essential.
The salary on offer here is £40,000 - £45,000 = Bonus and benefits.
