As HR Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of HR projects across Europe, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the right standard, working with local in-country HR functions and global stakeholders as required.
At any given time, there will be a number of HR projects that need to be delivered globally. Within the portfolio will be global HR improvement projects, organisational change projects and divisional improvement projects. This role will work closely with the Regional HR Director, the HR leaders in 12 countries where we operate, Divisional Functional leaders and members of the HR team to ensure that projects are delivered n time and to the agreed standard.
Ideally CIPD qualified with a degree in an HR or Business related discipline (or equivalent experience), you will be an experienced HR Project Manager with expertise gained in a global, complex organisation.Project Management skills essential, and a second European language is highly desirable.
