This role is a great opportunity for someone who is really knowledgeable and competent with systems, data analytics and processes within Talent Acquisitions. You will be accountable for the implementation and development of all processes covering the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding. Key areas include development of methodologies for candidate assessment, leading the development of TA systems and contributing to the development of the employer brand.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar TA operations role and be able to liaise and report to executive level stakeholders. You will have strong influencing skills, excellent data systems and management, advanced knowledge of Excel and be a great communicator.
