Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with a Civil Engineering organisation on the recruitment of a Standalone HR Manager on a permanent basis.

This is fantastic opportunity to come in and make the role your own as you implement policies, procedures, initiatives, exciting new projects and all day to day HR Generalist activities.

The role is standalone and is the first permanent HR position in the organisation.

You will need a full HR Generalist skill set and be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in across all business needs.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a standalone position previously and come from an Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing background.

You will have/need:-

* Full HR Generalist skill set
* Up to date knowledge of UK E law and Employee Relations
* A proven mix of Operational/Strategic work
* Willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
* Ideally from a white collar sector background
* Proven Project management
* Experience of D&I Initiatives
* Experience in standalone role preferable
* CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above

This organisation offer excellent flexible working of around 1 day office based per week.

Salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 DOE per annum
