This organisation are growing at a rapid rate and are looking for a Head of People on a permanent basis to drive them forward. This is going to be a fantastic journey as they look to scale even more very quickly!
The role is a full mix of Operational and Strategic work so you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Supported by 2 HR Managers and 3 HR Administrators, you will be focussing on Employee engagement, Staff retention, Staff attraction, Employee benefits, People agenda, People performance and much more.
As they grow, recruitment and on-boarding will be a key part of this role . Ensuring they have the tools to attract and retain new employees by sharing the organisational brand through various channels and aligning with the companies keys values.

Key skills -
* Relevant people management qualifications
* Proven experience within a growing people focused retail or customer service business.
* Strategic and operational understanding across the key responsibility areas outlined above.
* Team leadership and management experience.
* Excellent planning and project management,
* Good communicator at senior level to get plans delivered clearly and concisely
With several UK locations they are very flexible on the candidate location for this role but some office presence to one of the locations would be required (South East /North West)
Salary on offer is between £60,000 - £70,000 Bonus
