The role of the HR Governance and SMCR Lead will be to work closely with the Head of HR Service to report and oversee the SMCR (Senior Managers & Certification Regime). Collaborating with Global HR Operations, UK HRBPs and the UK compliance team ensuring end to end HR processes are effective and efficient.
This is an extremely process driven and role in a heavily regulated environment.
Key Skills and Requirements
* SMCR experience

* Working with Senior Managers and Executives
* Responsible for preparation, consolidation and execution of Board Reports
* Support compliance to ensure the regulator reporting requirements are met
* Excel data extraction / Data Pivot Tables
* Excellent Project Management Skills
* Financial/Professional Services background
* Strong Minded Personality
* CIPD (not essential)
This role offers excellent flexible working benefits with only occasional offer presence required. Salary on offer is between £50k-£55k DOE other exceptional benefits.
