Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with fast scaling organisation on an exclusive basis once again.
We are looking for 2 HR Managers on a permanent basis, 1 to cover the South of England, 1 to cover the Midlands and North of England both based out of HQ in Surrey.
These really are a full HR generalist skill set. You will be required to support your client group with all aspects of HR, from writing and updating policies and procedures to providing advice and guidance on all ER, Recruitment and HR learning for internal managers.
This is a national organisation so some travel may be required within your respective client group area, this will be on an adhoc basis and may be required with short notice.
You will have/need
* Around 5 years experience in an HR Generalist position
* Knowledge of TUPE/Redundancies
* Extensive knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
* Excellent ER knowledge
* Full recruitment life cycle experience
* Be able to communicate with senior leaders
* Adaptable to travel at short notice
* CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or above is preferable)
The organisations head office is based in Surrey which is the preferred location however they do offer hybrid working.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 - £55,000 DOE Benefits
