Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting this Global Financial Services Organisation on the recruitment of a Generalist Recruiter on a permanent basis.
To be successful in this role you will need have wide in depth knowledge of recruiting across a multitude of roles within a large complex organisation.
Using the knowledge you have gained through your in house recruitment career, you will help develop a diverse talent pipeline by using multiple sourcing strategies. You will also see these roles through from selection and assessments to onboarding.
You will have/need:-
* Experience of recruiting a multi discipline roles within a large complex organisation
* Full generalist recruitment background
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Be able to handle a number of roles at any one time
* Be creative with sourcing strategies and create diverse talent pipelines
* Experience of working in Financial/Professional services
This role can be offered as a fully remote opportunity or you can attend one of the many offices.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and benefits.
