Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a well known insurance organisation based in the UK on the recruitment of a Learning & Ddevelopment Consultant.

The role is working as part of a team of 4, and they are looking for an L&D consultant on a perm basis who can hit the ground running.

You will need to have breadth and depth of L&D experience especially within design and delivery of behavioural change. This will need to be showcased on your CV showing what you have done within this remit around designing, delivering as well as coaching.

This is a very hands on role around helping them create and deliver programmes and solutions that build colleague, leader, team, and business capability and have a real impact.

The role will expose you to senior management so excellent stakeholder management will be required to challenge, engage and consult.

You will have/need

* Extensive experience within the L&D function
* Proven experience of designing and delivering on behavioural programmes
* excellent stakeholder management
* Experience in a large complex matrix organisation
* fully adaptable to every changing situations
* Experience of delivering on culture change
* Ability to articulate results
* Experience of setting up the evaluation of success before the delivery

The role is 95% remote with occasional office days for team meeting and training delivery.

There is a wide salary bracket for this role between £40,000 - £55,000 DOE plus bonus and £5k car allowance.
