2016's best company to work for are seeking a Learning & Development lead for a period of between 6 - 12 months to improve organisational performance, through creating effective performance & talent management programmes as well as designing and delivering innovative development solutions for both individuals and the business as a whole. This role is highly likely to be extended for the long term and go permanent as the majority of the work force are inducted on a contract basis.

This role reports to the head of department and is a broad position that encompasses elements of design, delivery and analysis for global & UK focussed learning and development initiatives, as well as leadership development.

If you are a strategic learning professional with a background in high investment capital or private healthcare industries with experience creating bespoke, innovative and ground breaking learning initiatives that aligns with the ground breaking technology of the business then this role will keep you engaged and play to your key strengths. A degree or learning qualification is desirable as well as having led a learning function. A creative and forward thinking mind-set is essential.
