Alexander Lloyd are partnering a global Financial Services business as they look to appoint a talented Learning & Development Manager to their business, as the look to centralise their L&D department to service the organisation globally. This is a permanent role, based in either Dublin or across the UK.
Reporting into the CPO, your duties will include:
* Working with the business, you will identify new learning needs and implement new strategies * Design and deliver best in class learning solutions both virtually and "classroom" style * Promote and increase the social and informal learning solutions * Business Partner with stakeholders to design and delivery best in class learning solutions
The successful person will have worked within a large Financial Services business within a matrix structure, as you will be operating as a Learning & Development Manager already. We are also looking for someone who has both Digital/E Learning experience.
Salary on offer will be £55,000 or 65,000Euros depending on location.
