Are you a Pensions professional with strong Defined Benefits, Defined Contribution or MasterTrust experience? Do you have a proven track record in and a passion for team/people management? Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering an industry leading Third Party Administrator on what could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Pensions Team Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of around 10-12 employees and the overall running of the department. This will include performing appraisals and one to ones, providing any necessary training and skill development, liaising with the internal and external stakeholders and ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are successfully adhered to!

This is the perfect position for the right career minded professional who has strong people management/supervisory experience as well in depth knowledge across either DB, DC and/or Mastertrust arrangements!

You will be required to attend their Surrey based office a couple of days per week to begin with, with plenty of flexibility on offer! In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 DOE with bonus and benefits on top!
