Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a leading organisation within the Group Risk Insurance industry on an expansive and exciting newly created opportunity.
As the Head of Sales Enablement you will be acting almost as the Chief of Staff and overseeing all the operations within the Distribution and Sales Function. This will include playing a pivotal role in improving and enhancing their digital proposition in addition to managing various projects and the Broker panel. This is an incredibly expansive opportunity and will suit someone with a particular interest in supporting and enhancing the sales and distribution function.
This is a home based opportunity but you will be required to occasionally visit their office near to RH4 1TF. You will be rewarded handsomely with a basic salary of up to £100k with a grade allowance and performance related bonus on top.
