Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a leading organisation within the Group Risk Insurance industry on a newly created, senior level opportunity.

As the Head of SME and Intermediary Development you will be responsible for leading the sales function with a particular focus on expanding the Broker operation. You will also be expected to play a leading role in the strategic development of the Group Risk proposition including the improvement of the digital usage and capabilities. It is essential to have a wealth of knowledge within the Employee Benefits industry, with a proven background within selling to SME's and Intermediaries.

This is a home based position but you will be required to visit one of their offices near RH4 1TF in addition to your direct reports across the UK. You will be handsomely rewarded with a basic salary of up to £120k with an incredible OTE package of c£185k plus benefits.
