Alexander Lloyd are recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of an award winning organisation in Surrey. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager within a team of 4 you will manage the end-to-end Payroll function.
Standard working hours are 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00 depending on your preference. During these strange times working from home or in the office is available.
* Maintain and process end-to-end payroll for approx. 300 staff members both permanent and bank * Process starters and leavers * Prepare monthly pension data * Reconcile payroll balances with the accounting system * Preparation of monthly reports * Distribution of P45s
We are ideally looking to speak with individuals with a wealth of Payroll experience, utilising multiple systems and processing both permanent payslips and bank timesheets.
A competitive salary of £32,000 is on offer alongside some fantastic benefits including; 24 days annual leave, (discounts on shopping, gym and holidays), eye care vouchers. Rotational parking on site.
