You will have the overall responsibility for a team of around 15 employees ensuring that all SLA's are being managed effectively, providing relevant training and mentoring where necessary, identifying any process changes required, liaising with other areas of the business including the Data Solutions and Projects teams and external clients and performing appraisals and one to ones. It is essential that you have a wealth of knowledge on Defined Benefits Pensions arrangements and a proven background with team management.
