Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new role for a Pension Operations Manager to join a well established Financial Services firm to cover a maternity leave. The right candidate will have good people management skills and be directly responsible for overseeing a team of 3 managers and indirectly 25 operational staff. You will be responsible for leading a period of automated change and ensuring the constant performance management of the staff.
* Managing and working with Operations team members to deliver client projects against agreed timelines.
* Manage, track and report project-related issues where appropriate.
* Guide teams and stakeholders to help achieve the right outcome, asking thought provoking questions.
The right candidate will have previous people management experience from a Financial Services/ Pension/ Investment firm and be available for a 12 month contract. In return you will be rewarded with a good base salary plus contract completion bonus. You will also be offered flexible/ home working and the opportunity to manage your own diary and time.
