Due to continued success and expansion of this highly established Financial Services organisation based in Surrey an exciting new role has been created for a Pension Remediation Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the administration provided to a range of corporate DC clients. Working closely with the Head of Administration Operations you will be responsible for providing full support to pension scheme members at all stages of the administration life cycle through to specialist support to Trustees and members for specific task delivery. You will also be responsible for working on Reconciliation / remediation projects and Completion of complex member account corrections that require understanding of the UK tax regime and pension legislation.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the administration of DC pensions, including the legislation that drives operational requirements. You should have experience of working on projects, have the confidence to own decisions, and be ready to take accountability for the work completed. You should be a 'self-starter' who demonstrates good use of initiative and knowledge of the DC operational & the regulatory environment surrounding it.
