An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join successful and expanding Pension and Investment firm based in Surrey. Working within the client facing team, which is responsible for providing services to Defined Contribution full service pension administration clients and Trustees you will be expected to deliver an outstanding client service, building rapport and trust with a range of clients to ensure the businesses goal of retaining and developing all clients

Main responsibilities will include:

* Being the main day to day contact for client administration matters, e.g. client queries, managing client expectations and acting as an escalation point
* Coordinates actions from escalated complaints, errors or breaches
* Support the operational teams with Scheme rules queries and blockers to seamless administration of the Schemes.
* Provides interface/ System education and support to the clients and maximise the accuracy of the data held.

The right candidate will have excellent experience of DB/DC Pensions Administration experience as well as experience of Client Relationship Management including Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. You will also be looking for an opportunity to take responsibility of your own client basis and be looking to uphold the standards of one of the most respected Financial Services firms in the UK.
