Within this position you will be expected to work closely with colleagues within various teams identifying gaps in knowledge and implement the resulting training plans. In addition to this you will also be responsible for testing and analysing system configuration, manage client data, complete various performance related audits and reports and analyse and results to aid performance and perform appraisals and one to ones. It is essential to have worked in a similar position with a strong understanding of Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution Pension scheme legislation and governance.
