An exciting opportunity has arisen to a Pension Systems Manager to join an In-house Pension team based in Surrey.

The main purpose of this role is both strategic as well as operational as it has responsibilities for providing overall guidance to the operational teams in terms of the effective development, adoption and implementation of new technologies to maximise the performance and efficiency of the Pension department.
You will be responsible for planning, leading and reviewing the work of the Pensions Support team who provide pensions technical and IT support to the Operations Teams within Pension Services.

The right candidate will have extensive understanding of systems in a pensions environment and experience of managing staff in a technical pensions environment. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a well established firm within an interesting and varied new role - where you will be given the autonomy to work on your own initiative as well as be given tools and support from working within an established team.
