We have a great opportunity for someone to join our client's high performing recruitment team. If you are an experienced in-house recruiter who has lead a team and is used to delivering results in a busy growing business, then this opportunity might be right for you.
The recruitment lead position has an important role to play ensuring a pro-active recruitment service is being provided across the business and to the external market. You'll provide a first-class talent acquisition service for the organisation in the recruitment areas of experienced hires and the Early Careers programme.
Understanding the recruitment requirements from the business is key; you will partner with senior stakeholders to support the workforce planning for the financial year.
Engaging potential employees on what a career with this organisation might look like and ensuring a positive candidate experience through the entire recruitment lifecycle, you will influence & guide leaders, hiring managers, interviewers and the recruitment team through the process.
Successful candidates will have a good understanding of recruitment-related employment law, compliance and GDPR. Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience, you will be an experienced in-house recruitment with some supervisory experience. In return a competitive salary of £50-60k plus excellent benefits are on offer.
