This is a fantastic opportunity for a TA professional from a Pharma/Medical/Communications/Advertising background to join the growing organisation and manage the TA Team.
Reporting to the Director of Talent you ill be responsible for leading the TA Team to acquire the best talent in the market. You will need to be creative with your talent pipelines and think outside the box ensuring that your team are ready and able to provide excellent talent across both perm and interim hires.
You will have/need:-
* Experience as a senior Recruiter from a Pharma/Medical/Communications sector
* Knowledge of IR35
* Experience of Leading a team
* Knowledge of creating talent pipelines and being creative in your search
* Continuously monitor and maintain content on the careers page to promote candidate attraction
* Update of recruitment adverts
* Work/help out operationally to support team members
* Excellent stakeholder management
This role offers excellent Hybrid working or around 2 days office 3 from home based out of Thames Diton.
The salary on offer is between £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
