Our client is successful globally in technical markets as an engineering consultancy, and is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to work as part of an established HR function.
Candidates should have significant in house recruitment experience, ideally within a technical market. The ability to use a multi-channel attraction strategy is key, as is experience of LinkedIn recruiter and Boolean search. You will also have the gravitas and confidence to work with the senior leadership population, and to coach line managers on recruitment best practice and process.
A competitive salary of £35-50k is available depending on experience.
