This growing organisation based in Croydon are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager from a large corporate with in-house experience to partner with business leaders in identifying talent requirements, proactively attracting a pipeline of innovative candidates. Creating, implementing and maintaining a talent acquisition strategy with consistent process and procedures in line with brand values, cultural principles and best practice. Build a strong employer value proposition and ensure great relationships internally & externally.
You will have significant experience working in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment environment with previous demonstrable experience of managing a team. An excellent working knowledge of HR and Recruitment systems is essential. Previous experience of having sole responsibility for the effective running of TA is required.
This is a highly visible role, and therefore excellent career opportunities are available. A competitive salary of up to £60k is available.
