Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a global Financial Services business as they look to appoint a talented HR Manager with extensive Change Management & Transformation experience.
This position is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, supporting the business as they under take key projects around Strategic Workforce Planning, Organisational Design & Culture Engagement.
Reporting into the Head of HR Projects, your duties will include;
* Creating and leading on the HR Project Management life cycle, from identifying user requirements through to scoping & planning then tracking the project through milestones and working closely with stakeholders * Ensure the project meets both time scales and budgets working closely with other HR Project Leaders and stakeholders * Deliver change in line with company culture & values * Advising and presenting on the Organisation Design, to HR colleagues and the stakeholders
To be considered for this role, we are looking for individuals with extensive Change Management & Transformation experience, specific to Brand identity, Cultural changes or M&A activity.
Our client will look to offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000 plus bonus and benefits.
This role will be based in Kent, TN4 0RX , with remote working initially. We do not need someone accessible to the area.
