My Client a growing healthcare organisation are looking for an experience HR Advisor with a strong generalist background.
Reporting into the HR Director you will support on the final stages of a recent TUPE project, provide advice on ER cases including absence, disciplinary and grievance , provide professional and proactive HR advice to line managers, assist on design and delivery of workshops and provide recruitment assistance to the recruitment manager during this busy time.
As mentioned this is an initial 3 month contract however this is likely to be extended and then turn into a permanent role.
This is an extremely generalist role with a bit of everything to develop and enhance your HR skills.
* CIPD qualified
* Experienced HR Generalist
* Knowledge of TUPE process
* Working knowledge of employment legislation
* Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedure
* Providing advice and support to senior managers
* Leading projects and implementing new initiatives
* Experience of Occupational Health
Salary £35,000 - £38,000 DOE on FTE
37.5 hours a week
