This is a permanent opportunity for an automotive organisations based in Leamington Spa CV31 3NS. Working hours are flexible but tendency is standard 9-5 Mon-Fri
My Client is seeking a full HR generalist with management experience to join their growing team.
As part of the senior leadership team and reporting into the HRD you will oversee all HR Generalist activity, work closely with the HRD to develop and implement HR Strategy, coach and educate line managers to develop people skills and legal awareness and provide Business Partner support to the manufacturing side of the organisation.
You will also be responsible for line managing 2 HR administrators who oversee the full employee life-cycle, so although you will not be dealing with payroll you will need to have been in their shoes previously in your career.
You will need -
* CIPD Qualification (7 preferred or Qualified by experience)
* Experience of managing a team
* Strong ER knowledge
* Project management experience
* Strong stakeholder management
* Strategic and operational management
* Experience of working in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, professional consultancy services preferred
Salary between £55,000 - £65,000
